Graphene PET antibacterial masterbatch is an antibacterial masterbatch made of graphene and PET (polyethylene terphenate) through a specific process. It has great application potential in the fields of textile, packaging, medical and health care, and its advantages are mainly reflected in the following aspects:

1.  Strong antibacterial property  : graphene has a unique two-dimensional nanostructure and a large specific surface area. When in contact with bacteria, it can effectively inhibit the growth and reproduction of bacteria by physical cutting and destroying the cell membrane, and has a significant antibacterial effect on common bacteria such as Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. PET antibacterial masterbatch combines the antibacterial properties of graphene with the good film formation and processability of PET, so that the final product can obtain long-lasting and efficient antibacterial properties.

2.  Good thermal stability  : PET itself has a high melting point and good thermal stability, while the addition of graphene will not significantly reduce its thermal performance, and even enhance it to a certain extent. In the processing process, graphene PET antibacterial masterbatch can withstand higher temperatures without decomposition or performance deterioration, which makes it able to adapt to a variety of plastic processing processes, such as injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, etc., to meet the production needs of different products.

3.  Improved mechanical properties  : graphene has excellent mechanical properties, its high strength and high modulus.
