Application fields:
Mainly used for all kinds of (heavy) anticorrosive coatings, such as zinc-rich epoxy primer, powder coating, etc.
Performance
(1) With a high specific surface area and ultra-thin sheet layer structure, it can form a dense physical isolation layer;
(2) has good electrical conductivity, can activate the zinc powder in the coating, produce synergistic effect, can greatly reduce the amount of zinc powder in the film, but also improve the cathodic protection of the film, so as to improve the anti-corrosion performance of the film;
(3) can improve the adhesion of coating, decrease the thickness of the paint film, make the film more wear-resisting, long service life.
